Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Kegan is a New York–based creative consultant and casting director specializing in celebrity, model, talent, and street casting. Currently serving as Entertainment & Bookings Director of TheWrapBook, helmed by Stefano Tonchi, and as a founding board member of the Bethann Hardison Foundation, Kegan brings over a decade of senior-level casting experience for fashion and luxury brands.

With a background spanning the music industry, film, and performing arts, Kegan’s multidisciplinary perspective provides a unique advantage in sourcing, forecasting, and curating talent across diverse aesthetics. Through a highly customized, character-driven approach to casting, Kegan combines strategic insight with creative intuition to deliver casting that is visually impactful and culturally resonant, ensuring clients are connected with the right talent for their advertising, editorial, and commercial projects.

Kegan holds a B.S. in Music Business from Drexel University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Pace University.
